Which one of me is here just now?

Exploring how we become different facets of ourselves in different contexts, and how these facets can behave very differently – and hold different values and views!  How we tell different stories about ourselves to others – and how we then relate to ourselves through these stories in ways that can significantly affect how we feel and act.  How we can become ‘stuck’ in a particular subpersonality that can be completely inappropriate for where we happen to be, causing confusion and dismay to ourselves and others – and what we have to do when this happens.
